Kundalini Yoga is based on specific exercises (kriyas) that strengthen the nervous system and balance the glandular system for optimum physical and emotional health. The class offers powerful tools to help discipline the mind, develop higher consciousness, and increase wellbeing. Bring a mat and $15 cash. The class is held in the Visitors Center.

Sukhmani (aka Nicole), is an active E-RYT, YACEP, KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor/Spiritual Teacher, who studies with Kundalini masters Guru Singh, Nirvair Singh, Harijiwan and Tej and more. An accomplished singer and songwriter, Sukhmani incorporates music, mantra and chanting meditation in her classes.  In 2016 Sukhmani and her musical partner/husband released “Rise”, which was Grammy® nominated for Best New Age Album of the Year.
