Lloyd Wright Original Pews For Sale
The pews were designed by Chapel Architect Lloyd Wright in 1951. The wood used in constructing the pews was the same as used in the original pulpit. The wood came from a renaissance wardrobe from the city of Sienna, Italy, and given to the Chapel by Frank and Narcissa Vanderlip who also donated the three and one-half acre Chapel site. A letter of authenticity by Eric Lloyd Wright accompanies each pew. All proceeds from the sale of the pews goes toward the Tower Restoration Project at the Chapel.
