Kundalini Yoga is based on specific exercises (kriyas) that strengthen the nervous system and balance the glandular system for optimum physical and emotional health. Music, mantra and chanting meditation are also included.
This yoga class is led by Sukhmani (aka Nicole), E-RYT, YACEP, KRI Certified Kundalini yoga instructor/spiritual teacher.
Bring a mat and $15 (CASH ONLY). Drop-ins are welcome.
