Sundays 11:30am – 12:30pm
The class will run October 20th through December 8th (Last date to join is 11/3).
Have you ever considered starting a daily spiritual practice or deepening an existing one? Come and join us for this eight week immersion into meditation in the Serenity Garden following Sunday Worship. This class will be limited to 15 students. You can sit in a chair, sit on the ground, or bring your own yoga mat or cushion to sit on during our time gathered together.
