Glowing Base

Give your skin a wedding-day glow by adding illuminating drops into your foundation. A few drops will do the trick – dab the foundation and highlighter all over with a wet beauty sponge to get the dewy, fresh-faced effect. Have oily skin? Prep the skin with a matte primer and you’re good to go!

Pretty in Pink

Now for those ‘blushing bride’ cheeks! To achieve the look, lightly sweep a pretty pink blush from the temples to the apples of your cheeks. For a sun kissed appearance, softly brush the blush across the bridge of your nose.  Go for a peony-pink or peach-toned blush for a healthy glow. For deeper skin tones,  a soft plum or marsala shade will perk up your complexion beautifully.

Fluttery Lashes

For a wide-eyed effect, pick a mascara that lengthens and separates your lashes. Mascaras with primers do a great job of this! Tip: use an eyelash curler to curl your lashes upward and make your eyes appear bigger.

Effortless Brows

Don’t: Overdo the brows to avoid a harsh appearance. Do: Lightly fill them in to frame your face. Brush the brow hairs upward with a spoolie, and fill in with a pomade or brow gel. For a cheap hack, rub bar soap on your spoolie and brush through your hairs for fuller, thicker brows.

Rosy Glow

Choose a highlighter with a slightly pink undertone for an all-over rosy glow. Brush atop your cheekbones, cupid’s bow, tip of the nose and over the eyebrows for a radiant, airbrushed complexion.

Kissproof Lip Stain: Want a bold color on your lips, but don’t want to have to worry about it transferring to the groom after the big kiss or smudging while you eat cake? Try a lip stain instead. All the color without the muss and fuss. P.S. Are you also crazy with envy over this bride’s magnificent eyebrows? Because we are completely obsessed.

Subtly-Stained Pout

Opt for a lip stain instead of a liquid lip or lipstick – it will last all day and feel comfortable on the lips. A just-bitten berry shade is flattering on all skin tones, and completes the flushed look.
